Quality isn’t inspected in.
It’s engineered in.

Every JIUMU order passes 5 stages of quality control â€” from incoming fabric to the export carton. Built on 15+ years of manufacturing custom hats, jerseys, pants, socks and team bags for teams, schools and brands in 100+ countries.

From raw material to export box

Quality control at JIUMU is not a final checkpoint — it is a system that starts before the first stitch. Fabric is tested before cutting. Samples are approved before bulk. Every production stage is checked against the approved sample, and finished goods are inspected again before packing.

  • Material-first:incoming fabric, thread and accessories are checked for color, weight and finish before production starts.
  • Sample-gated:bulk production never starts before you approve the physical sample.
  • Inline checks:stitching, embroidery density, logo placement and sizing are checked during production, not after.
  • Transparent handoff:QC photos and video before shipment — you see what ships before it leaves.

The 5-stage QC system

Five checkpoints between your design and your shipment. Each one is a gate: if a piece doesn’t match the approved standard, it doesn’t move forward.

1

Material inspection

Fabric weight, color, knit structure and accessories verified against the spec before cutting.

2

Sample approval

Digital mockup, then a physical sample for color, logo effect, fit and finishing. You approve it in writing.

3

Inline checks

Stitching, embroidery density, logo placement, sizing and color accuracy checked during production.

4

Final inspection

Random sampling of finished goods: seams, closures, decoration, measurements — with photos and video for you.

5

Packaging check

Labels, polybags, hangtags, barcode and carton marks verified before export packing.

What we check, product by product

Different products fail differently. Here is what our inspectors specifically verify on each category.

The checks behind the checks

Beyond visual inspection, we run physical and functional checks on materials and finished goods so the quality survives the season — not just the photo.

C

Color fastness

Wash and lightfastness checks on dyed fabrics — team colors stay true after repeated washing and sun exposure.

S

Shrinkage control

Pre-shrink testing so jerseys and pants keep their fit after laundering, not just on day one.

E

Embroidery density

Stitch count and tension checked so logos stay crisp and never pull or distort the fabric.

T

Seam strength

Stress-point seams on jerseys and pants checked for durability through slides, dives and dugout life.

F

Closure & zipper function

Snaps, straps, buckles, buttons and bag zippers cycled to confirm smooth, reliable function.

P

Print adhesion

Sublimation, screen print and heat transfer checked so designs stay bonded — no cracking, peeling or fading.

Quality control, on the floor

Material inspection — fabric, color and finish before cutting.

Inline check — seams and stitching at stress points.

Packaging check — labels, barcodes and export cartons.

01

Fewer returns

Color, size and quality are verified before shipping — not discovered by your players at the first practice.

02

Consistent reorders

Your spec, colors and approved sample stay on file, so mid-season additions match the original run.

03

Sample-first risk

Digital mockup and physical sample before bulk means you approve exactly what you’ll receive.

04

Full transparency

QC photos and video at final inspection — you see the finished order before the cartons ship.

Quality control questions

Every piece passes inline checks during production, and finished orders go through a final random sampling inspection before shipment — covering stitching, logo placement, embroidery density, color accuracy, sizing and closures.

Yes. We provide QC photos and video from the final inspection stage before shipment, so you can verify logo placement, colors and finishing before the cartons leave the factory.

Defective pieces are separated and reworked or replaced before shipping. The shipment only proceeds after the corrected pieces pass re-inspection — we report issues openly rather than shipping them.

Yes. The approved sample becomes the production standard, and your specs, Pantone colors, logos and size breakdowns are kept on file so reorders are produced and inspected against the same standard.

Yes. After the digital mockup is approved, a physical sample is produced for you to check material, color, logo effect, fit and finishing. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
