How we write.
Why you can trust it.

Every guide on this site is built on a simple rule: state only what we can verify — from our own factory process, official rules and sources we can link to. This policy explains how our content is created, reviewed, corrected and updated.

Content Editing and Review

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all content published on jiumugear.com: blog articles, buying guides, product pages, comparison posts and visual assets. It covers how we research, write, verify, correct and update that content, and how we handle product claims and transparency.

Our editorial principles

01

Accuracy before speed

We would rather publish a guide later than publish one with unverified facts.

02

No fabricated data

Statistics, MOQs, timelines and capabilities come from our own operations or cited sources — never invented.

03

Plain language

We write for buyers and team managers, not jargon. If a term has to be used, it gets explained.

04

Corrections over defensiveness

When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and say so.

How content is created and reviewed

Every article passes the same four-step pipeline before it is published:

1.

Research. Topics start from real buyer questions — community discussions, common inquiries our sales team receives, and official rules and standards relevant to the sport or product.

2.

Drafting. The draft is written by our editorial team, with AI tools sometimes used to assist drafting and structuring. AI is a writing aid, not a source of facts.

3.

Expert review. Content is reviewed by our manufacturing and B2B team, who bring more than 15 years of hands-on production experience. Claims about processes, materials and capabilities are checked against how we actually work.

4.

Verification & publish. Product facts are cross-checked against our specifications, quotes and official references. Only then is the article published with a visible date.

Who writes for us. Our authors and reviewers are drawn from the JIUMU team — people who manufacture custom hats, jerseys, pants, socks and bags daily. When we lack direct expertise in a topic, we say so instead of guessing.

Sourcing and fact-checking standards

We follow three sourcing rules:

  • Primary sources first. Our own factory process and specifications are the primary source for anything about our products and capabilities.
  • Official references for rules. Where a topic involves rules or standards (for example baseball uniform regulations), we cite the official bodies, such as NFHS Baseball Uniform Rules.
  • Attributed community insight. When we reference community discussions (such as Reddit threads), we link to the original discussion and present quotes in context — never as invented endorsements.

Figures that are planning estimates — for example typical production or shipping durations — are labeled as estimates and are always confirmed in a formal quotation before they become commitments.

Product claims and pricing

  • We only state capabilities we can actually deliver: our MOQ range, sampling times, decoration methods, customization options and export support.
  • We do not publish fixed prices on guides, because pricing depends on product, quantity, material and customization. Every project receives a written quotation.
  • We avoid exaggerated language. If a claim cannot be backed by our process or a cited source, it does not appear in our content.

Corrections and updates

  • Every article carries a publication date. When significant facts change, we update the content and refresh the date.
  • Errors reported by readers are reviewed, corrected and, where relevant, acknowledged in the article.
  • We distinguish updates that change meaning (which we mark) from routine maintenance (which may be silent).

Transparency about AI and commercial content

  • AI assistance: AI tools may assist with drafting and structure. All facts are human-verified before publication. Nothing is published on AI output alone.
  • Commercial nature: jiumugear.com is operated by JIUMU, a custom teamwear manufacturer. Our guides support B2B buyers, and where we reference competitors or alternatives, we do so factually.
  • Sponsored content: We do not currently accept paid or sponsored posts. If that changes, sponsored content will be clearly labeled.
  • Images: Photography of our factory and process reflects real operations. Illustrative or generated visuals are used for conceptual sections and are not presented as literal product photos of a specific customer order.

Report an error or ask a question

If you find something inaccurate, unclear or outdated, please tell us. We review every report and correct confirmed errors promptly.
