Minimums made simple.
Timelines made clear.
Custom teamwear orders start from 25–50 pieces, samples arrive in 3–5 days, and every order ships worldwide by sea, air or express. Here’s exactly how MOQ and lead times work at JIUMU — so you can plan your season with confidence.

What is MOQ, and why does it exist?
MOQ (minimum order quantity) is the smallest number of pieces a factory will produce for one order. At JIUMU, MOQ is not a rigid wall — it’s a flexible range: depending on product type, material and customization method, orders can start from 20–50 pieces.
For a 50-piece order this means a local team, a new brand or an event organizer can order factory-direct pricing without committing to huge volumes — and scale up later.
Why factories set MOQs
Six factors that move your minimum
The same product can have a different minimum depending on how it’s customized. These are the variables we weigh when quoting your order.
Product type
Hats, jerseys, pants, socks and bags each have different production setups and minimums.
Decoration method
Embroidery and sublimation carry setup work; simpler decoration is easier to run in small batches.
Color count
Each Pantone color and each fabric color adds to dyeing and stock planning.
Style count
More styles in one order means more setups — one style runs more efficiently.
Fabric & material
Standard in-stock fabrics allow smaller orders than custom-developed materials.
Packaging
Private-label boxes and custom packaging have their own minimum runs.
Five ways to make a small order work
Designed for new brands, small teams and trial orders.
Combine your teams
Order hats or jerseys for several teams in one order — total quantity unlocks a better tier.
Keep it to one style
One hat style or jersey style runs far more efficiently than several styles in small numbers.
Limit colors
One primary color plus one accent keeps dyeing and inventory simple.
Choose stock-friendly materials
Standard fabrics allow smaller minimums than custom-developed materials.
Start with a trial order
Test quality with a small order, then scale up — your spec stays on file for reorders.

Method | Typical transit | Best when | Cost level |
|---|---|---|---|
Express courier | 3–7 days | Small orders, samples, urgent restocks | Highest per unit |
Air freight | 1–2 weeks | Medium orders with a deadline | Middle |
Sea freight | 3–6 weeks | Large orders, no time pressure | Lowest |
Shipping is available to 100+ countries. Freight cost depends on order size, destination and method — we’ll quote it with your order.
When should you order?
A simple planning rule that protects your opening day: give yourself 4–6 weeks from order to delivery.
6+ weeks
Ideal — best options
Time for samples, sea freight and the best price. Rush fees and air freight avoided.
4–6 weeks
Safe — standard plan
Sample + bulk production + express or air shipping. Works for most teams.
Under 4 weeks
Tight — possible
Express shipping and an approved spec can work, but choices narrow. Ask us about your date first.
