What we make.
How we make it.
One factory, every process: OEM/ODM development, embroidery, sublimation, patches, private labeling, sampling and export — for custom hats, jerseys, uniforms, socks and team bags, built on 15+ years of manufacturing experience since 2010.
From design brief to export-ready cartons
Six capability areas cover the entire customization journey — so you don’t need to coordinate multiple vendors for one uniform package.
Design & development
OEM/ODM product development, digital mockups, size grading and fit adjustment — we turn a logo, sketch, tech pack or concept into a producible spec.
Materials & color
Custom fabric selection plus Pantone color matching across cotton twill, polyester, mesh and performance fabrics — team colors stay consistent across the package.
Decoration
Embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, heat transfer and a full range of patches — the widest logo toolkit for any product.
Private labeling
Private label and neck labels, hang tags, custom boxes, barcode labels and carton marks — your brand, not ours, on every piece.
Quality control
Quality control throughout production: fabric, color, logo clarity, embroidery density, stitching, size consistency, printing durability and packaging protection.
Sampling & export
Physical samples typically take 5–14 days after specifications, materials, artwork and decoration methods are confirmed; timing varies by product category.
Every way to put your logo on
The right method depends on the product, the fabric and the effect you want. We run all of these in-house — and will recommend the one that fits your budget and use.

🛡️ Certified Factory Quality Standards & International Compliance Protocol
Every JIUMU Gear order is produced under a documented, auditable quality-assurance system. The four protocols below are applied on every production run — from raw-fabric inspection through final carton packing — so that wholesale buyers receive export-ready headwear and teamwear that passes independent third-party inspection.
1AQL 2.5 Pre-Shipment Inspection Protocol
Every production run undergoes rigorous ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4) AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor sampling inspection, covering dimensional tolerances (±0.5cm), stitch tension, and seam pull strength (min. 15 lbs).
2AATCC & ISO Colorfastness & Lightbox Calibration
All custom sublimated jerseys and dyed headwear fabrics achieve Level 4.5 colorfastness under AATCC 8 (crocking) and ISO 105-C06 (accelerated laundering). Pantone color matching is strictly verified under certified D65/TL84/CWF multi-source light booths.
3OEKO-TEX Standard 100 & CPSIA Chemical Safety
100% non-toxic, AZO-free disperse sublimation inks and REACH/CPSIA-compliant lead-free plastic snaps, zippers, and metal hardware.
49-Point Metal & Broken Needle Detection
100% of finished headwear and garments pass through high-sensitivity conveyorized metal detection systems before final polybagging and carton packing.
